New York Yankees fans cheered long and hard as legendary Bronx Bombers were honored at Old Timers' Day in Yankee Stadium on Sunday.
Before the Yankees played the Chicago White Sox, the Bronx home team celebrated Old Timers' Day, allowing players and fans to relive some of their favorite pinstripe memories.
The Yanks welcomed back roughly 50 former players and coaches including Paul O'Neill, Willie Randolph, Bernie Williams and Joe Torre.
Legendary players Whitey Ford and Yogi Berra toured the stadium in a golf cart.
Among those making their first appearances this year was former trainer Gene Monahan, who retired at the end of last season after nearly 50 years in the organization.
