Several family members and friends of an unarmed Bronx teen shot to death by a city police officer gathered Wednesday to criticize prosecutors' inactions for not indicting the officers involved.

Supporters of Ramarley Graham rallied outside Bronx District Attorney Robert Johnson's office demanding answers exactly three months after his death.

The 18-year-old was shot and killed in his apartment bathroom by police on February 2.

"We need answers and we need it now. The community is not sleeping, I personally will not go to sleep until I get justice for Ramarley," said supporter Charmaine Henriquez.

"We going on beyond 60, almost 90 days. Ninety days and we haven't heard anything. Are we upset with Robert Johnson? You God damn right we upset with Robert Johnson," said supporter Carlton Berkley.

The officer who shot Graham and the officer's sergeant were both placed on modified duty.

A spokesperson for the DA's office would not comment on the rally and said the investigation is ongoing.
