A Brooklyn man was arraigned Wednesday on charges in connection with a deadly car crash on Staten Island.
Brian Pittsley, 25, is charged with criminally negligent homicide, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
Police say he sped his Chevy Suburban through a stop sign at the intersection of Hillside Terrace and Hylan Boulevard Monday night, causing a Nissan Sentra to clip the back of his car, flipping the SUV.
His passenger, Angel Rivera, 18, was killed.
Seven others were hurt.
