The airplane behind the "Miracle on the Hudson" landing is making its way south.

The Airbus A320 was loaded on a giant trailer in New Jersey earlier today.

It's being driven to the Carolinas Aviation Museum in Charlotte, North Carolina for an exhibit set to open in January.

The plane had been in storage in New Jersey ever since it was pulled from the water.

Captain Chesley Sullenberger was forced to land on the Hudson River after birds struck both engines shortly after takeoff.

All 155 people on board Flight 1549 survived.

"Sully" and many of the survivors are scheduled to attend a reception in Charlotte after the plane arrives.
