While officials say the city's new schools chancellor won't talk to the media until when or if she takes charge in the new year, some parents are already complaining that as head of Hearst Magazines, Cathie Black was responsible for some not-so-PG content.

While appearing on the Diane Rehm NPR radio show in August, Black discussed plans to make money through an iPad application that charged for sex tips.

The interview included the following exchange:

Radio host: Cathie, I have to ask, are you going to charge for that sex tip of the day? I mean people seem to pay for this.

Cathie Black: Yeah, $2.99. Yeah, $2.99. Cheaper than a hooker. I didn't say that, did I?"

Both Black and Department of Education had no comment on the clip.
