Brooke Astor's son Anthony Marshall has arrived in court today, one day after the 85-year-old, who is on trial for fraud, was rushed from the courtroom to the hospital.
A court officer says Marshall hit his head in a restroom during a break in the proceedings. Marshall was taken out on a stretcher, wearing an oxygen mask but sitting upright.
The judge dismissed the jury for the day and proceedings resumed today.
Marshall and a co-defendant are accused of exploiting Brooke Astor's dementia to loot her nearly $200 million fortune.
This is the third health scare for Marshall during the 10-week trial.
