NY1 VIDEO: The legendary 1977 punk scene at CBGB's comes roaring back to life in a rarely seen documentary, "Punking Out," now screening at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts on Lincoln Center Plaza. The events are part of a free series called "Rhapsodic City: Music Of New York" that continues next month with folk, Prohibition-era jazz, mambo and salsa, and the Brill Building.
