The web of legal arguments over Broadway's most expensive musical has finally comes to an end.
Producers of "Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark" and Julie Taymor, the show's former director, have reached a settlement over copyright issues.
Taymor, seen above, sued 8 Legged Productions in November, seeking damages of $1 million.
She said producers used elements of her work in subsequent scripts.
The producers counter-sued, saying her work was based on pre-existing Spider-Man comics and films.
Under Taymor's direction, the show saw delays, accidents and a poor critical reception.
After she was fired, the show was overhauled and is now considered a success.
