Fashion week at Lincoln Center may be over, but the fashion scene is still bustling in Chelsea. NY1's Jessica Abo filed the following report.

Taking the lead from models on the catwalk, kids strutted their stuff at petitePARADE. The bi-annual runway showcases the latest trends for kids from toddlers up to tweens.

"We're featuring five different designers today, ranging from sportwear-inspired designers all the way up to the luxury market," said Gina Rizzo, co-founder of petitePARADE.

Amber Sabathia's collection, CCandy, hit a home run.

"Everyone knows my husband is CC Sabathia," Sabathia said. "We have four children. I've been in the game going to multiple games, multiple all-star games. We went to the World Series, we won. There was one that was thing missing in baseball, and that was fun fashion colors, and so we took the logo and we put a splash of neon, a hypercolor, and you can also root for your team but also be very fashionable at the same time."

Over at Root Studio, London Fog is getting ready to unveil its first designer collection, called Reimagine the Rain.

Designers Cynthia Rowley, Badgley Mischka and Chris Benz are the names behind these outerwear collections for the London Fog label.

"We're just excited about it because Badgley Mischka is so known for evening gowns and red carpet glamour, and you don't see that on the street, so hopefully, we're going to see these on the streets of New York City and Hollywood and all the places we travel to," said designer James Mischka. "We're looking forward to seeing these on real women, real time.

"I grew up in Oregon, which is probably the rainiest state in this country. I remember my father as a child, every day, he threw on his London Fog raincoat. So for me, it was such an iconic brand," said designer Mark Badgley. "So when we had the possibility to work on a project with them, we got a real kick out of it."

"For me, it's sort of like, everybody has that great trench coat that they love. How can we update the shape and have it be both a throwback to kind of 1950s, great Mad Men London Fog, and then, a great modern print? And I love a floral," Benz said. "It's this funny, kind of oversized wallpaper floral that looks great, I think."

The rainwear is available online and in select department stores.
