A 3,000-pound wedding bell has made its way to the city for Bridal Fashion Week.
The copper and tin bell, called Bellebrations, debuted Monday outside the New York Public Library.
It's in conjunction with an annual gala by the website "The Knot."
The man behind the bell says it's the only one of its kind in the United States, and it's eco-friendly.
"They are working on compressed air, so the bells themselves don't need electricity or a generator, and they basically can play anywhere," said Anthony Amos, co-founder of Bellebrations.
"This brings a wedding the old charm of the wedding bells," said Kevin Harrington of Bellebrations Wedding Bells.
"It's timeless, it's classic, it's luxurious, but it's still sleek and modern and cool," said Brian Ripka of Bellebrations Wedding Bells.
