The family of Joan Rivers has confirmed that the comedian is now on life support.
The 81-year-old went into cardiac arrest during a procedure at a Manhattan doctor's office last Thursday.
She was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital.
In a statement Tuesday, Rivers' daughter, Melissa, said the family is extremely grateful for all the public support.
Rivers is the host of Fashion Police on the E! network and the co-star of WEtv's "Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows Best."
