The National Transportation Safety Board on Thursday released its findings on the deadly accident that seriously injured Comedian Tracy Morgan.

Investigators say truck driver, Kevin Roper was driving at 65 miles per hour when he struck Morgan's Limo Van on the New Jersey Turnpike.

They say signs had been posted warning motorists to slow down to 45 miles per hour because of construction.

The accident occurred on June 7.

Morgan and several others were in the van at the time.

One person was killed, and the comedian suffered several broken bones.
