Veteran broadcaster Sir David Frost died of a heart attack on Saturday.

According to the British Broadcasting Corporation, his family says he was giving a speech on the "Queen Elizabeth 2" cruise ship on Saturday night.

Frost was best known for "The Nixon Interviews," which revealed former President Richard Nixon coming close to an apology for his involvement in the Watergate scandal.

During the 1960s, Frost was also known as a comedy host of satirical programs like "That Was the Week That Was" and "The Frost Report."

He was 74 years old.
