NY1's weekly segment "Your Weekend Starts Now" shows entertaining picks for great things to do this weekend all around the city. NY1's Stephanie Simon filed the following report.

Here are my picks for great things to do this Valentine's Day weekend, starting at one of the most beautiful and romantic places in New York City.

The Frick Collection
No pressure, but the Frick's opulent beauty makes this Upper East Side mansion museum a popular place to pop the question.

Young Projects in Times Square
If you Heart Times Square, check out this heart, an interactive work of art by the Brooklyn designers Young Projects. The sculpture guides visitors to arrange themselves by Zodiac signs, allowing them to see others who are ideal astrological mates.

Masters of Fire: Copper Age Art from Israel
For the royal treatment this Valentine's Day instead of a spa visit, head to The Institute for the Study of the Ancient World, NYU on East 84th Street. where you can see the world's oldest known crown and scepter among other artifacts. The exhibit’s called Masters of Fire: Copper Age Art from Israel.

Xavier & Friends
Tonight, Xavier and his friends offer a musical Valentine to the leading ladies of soul with a concert at Joe's Pub. Tickets start at $22.

The Big Picture
If you love films, the Museum of Jewish Heritage is hosting clarinetist David Krakauer will perform the world premiere of his new work, The Big Picture, a multi-media tribute to the movies.
The Big Picture runs Wednesdays and Sundays through February 23. Tickets start at $30.

Macy Gray
Grammy-winner Macy Gray is at the Iridium tonight and tomorrow night. The evening is called The One You Love. Tickets start at $65.

‘Til Divorce do Us Part
For more of an anti-Valentine's Day night out, check out the new musical "Til Divorce do Us Part" at the DR2 Theater in Union Square. Tickets are $75.

Just the Two of Each of Us
And for some serious laughs and let's face it, on Valentine’s Day weekend a lot of us need that, The Pajama Men are at SubCulture on Bleeker Street with a new show called "Just the Two of Each of Us". Tickets start at $30. The show runs through February 23.

RIOULT Dance celebrates its 20th Anniversary at the 92nd Street Y Harkness Dance Center this Friday and Saturday night. Tickets cost $20.

Dianne Reeves
Dianne Reeves performs a special Valentine's Day concert at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Tickets start at $30.

Arturo O'Farill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra
Get out of the cold and into the cool with Arturo O'Farill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra. Jazz Across The America's will transport you from the frigid air surrounding the New York Symphony Space to the warm breezes of Colombia and Peru, and it's all through music.
