"The Nutcracker" by the New York City Ballet

It starts Friday and runs through January 4. Tickets start at $57.

It's certainly not the the Hannukah equivalent of "A Christmas Carol," but the off-Broadway hit "Bad Jews" is hilarious and a great choice for laughs this holiday season. Also during the holiday season, many Broadway shows have additional matinees and added weekend shows. Show tickets, of course, also make a great gift.
Museum Gift Shop Offerings and Memberships
As we get close to the Black Friday shopping, not only do most museums have very unique offerings in their gift shops, but museum memberships are some of the best deals around, especially if you live nearby and can visit often.
