It may not seem possible, but we'll show you an innovative new website that somehow makes online shopping this time of year even more addictive. Adam Balkin filed the following App Wrap report.

How do you make online shopping this time of year, with all the sales and ability to do it all in your pajamas, even more addictive?

Well, imagine a website that can capitalize on your competitive spirit, your love of playing games and your desire to find a really great deal and you've imagined a potentially nightmare scenario for anyone who's already maxed out their credit card.

It's called and here's how it works: you are online going against hundreds, thousands, maybe even millions of others online seeing exactly what you're seeing which is a screen showing a handful of products.

The prices on those products though are dropping every second.

What you have to do, decide when to freeze the price you're willing to pay. Why not just let it drop to zero? Well, there's only a limited quantity of each item, a quantity unknown to you. So if you want something, you have to play this guessing game: how low do you decide to go to make sure you're getting the best deal possible while making sure there will actually be some left at the price you want.

Plus, the item isn't officially yours until you've finished putting your info in, which is done quickly if you register on the site, if you don't, you have to factor in a few extra seconds otherwise you could lose out before you're done typing.

Now, if you're thinking, 'Oh, I'll just go on at 3 a.m. when fewer people will be there to compete'. No can do. has just two events a day, one from 9 a.m. until noon ET and then again 9 p.m. until midnight ET, meaning everyone who wants to do this is doing it the exact same time, maximizing the competition.
