A tribute was held Thursday in Chelsea for an 11-year-old girl who was killed in an alleged drunk driving crash more than two weeks ago.

Family and friends gathered at the Fulton Youth for the Future Garden on West 17th Street to dedicate a garden to Leandra Rosado.

She died in a car crash along the Henry Hudson Parkway on October 11.

Prosecutors say the driver, Carmen Huertas, 31, of the Bronx, was drinking at a party in Chelsea when she lost control of her car and flipped several times.

Six other girls in the car were injured.

Leandra's father, Lenny Rosado, has vowed to push for tougher laws against drunk drivers.

"The games she played in that vehicle, telling those girls, 'Raise your hand if you think you're gonna crash.' What was going through her mind. Unbelievable, unbelievable," Rosado said.

Huertas pleaded not guilty to charges of manslaughter and drunk driving charges.

She remains under suicide watch at a Queens hospital jail ward where she is being held.

Her bail was set at $250,000.

If convicted, Huertas faces up to 15 years in prison.
