NY1 VIDEO: In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, Governor Andrew Cuomo formed the "NYS 2100" commission to make recommendations on how to guard against future storms, and in its report, the commission highlighted the importance of natural infrastructure. Bill Ulfelder of the Nature Conservancy spoke with NY1 about some of the highlights.
