The state said Monday it will give a break to some students forced to withdraw from school because of Hurricane Sandy.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo said CUNY and SUNY schools will refund students who can no longer attend because of hardships created by the storm.
The decision affects students forced to withdraw from the Fall 2012 or Spring 2013 terms.
