President Barack Obama is headed to Louisiana today to tour the devastation caused by Hurricane Isaac.
After visiting the Gulf Coast, the president will head to Ohio to court the vote of organized labor.
The president spoke at the University of Colorado on Sunday.
He has been courting the youth vote with stops at universities in key swing states.
The president told the crowd Mitt Romney's policies would leave them worse off.
"We know that making the middle class pay for another budget-busting $25,000 tax cut for folks making $3 million or more a year won't magically translate into jobs and prosperity for everybody else," said Obama.
Mitt Romney spent his Sunday at a Mormon church in New Hampshire, where congregants credited him for bringing Mormonism into the spotlight.
