President Barack Obama is carrying his message to college students, who he says will help put him over the top in swing states.
About 7,500 students attended a rally near the University of Virginia Wednesday.
It's the second leg of Obama's three-campus tour.
Defending his health care plan, Obama said 7 million young people on their parents' health insurance can't afford to stay home in November.
"He calls my health care law Obamacare. I call his plan Romney Doesn't Care," Obama said. "You can't get tired now, because we've got more work to do. We've got more work to do to grow this economy, we've got more work to create more good jobs and strengthen the middle class."
President Obama carried young voters by a wide margin in 2008.
