The NYPD is preparing to boost security in time for Passover.

During its annual pre-Passover security briefing, the department discussed reports that a militant group is conducting surveillance on Jewish locations worldwide, but Commissioner Ray Kelly said there is no indication that is happening in the city.

"In terms of whether or not we are concerned about that happening, yes, we are, we're concerned about it," Kelly said. "Do we have specific information that it's happening by Hezbollah at this time? No."

The Jewish holiday begins on March 25.
