Police are still looking for the man who shot and killed an aspiring rapper from Los Angeles.

Despite media reports, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said police are not questioning any specific suspects in the Midtown shooting death of Brandon Woodard.

He warned the media that leaking information could harm the investigation.

In the meantime, police say they found the getaway car in Queens after tracking the plate number.

They say the car was a rental.

Investigators believe Woodard received a text message before he was shot.

In surveillance video, he appears to be looking at his phone and checking for an address, leading police to believe he was lured to the area.

No arrests have been made.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
