A member of the New York City Police Department is facing charges in connection with a hit and run in Brooklyn.
Police say Lieutenant Elton Cohn hit a person with his car in Bushwick back on July 19, and kept going.
The person sustained minor injuries.
Cohn is charged with leaving the scene of an accident and other traffic violations.
