Details Emerge In Fatal Shooting Of East New York Man

More details have surfaced in the death of an East New York man who was shot and killed by police outside of the home he shared with his half-brother and mother.
Investigators say Duane Browne, 26, was shot once in the chest Thursday night.
Police say a woman called 911 to say two armed men had forced her boyfriend, Browne's half-brother Dale Ogarro, into the house, demanding money.
They say Browne was upstairs with his girlfriend when he heard a commotion.
He went downstairs, came back up, and said, "They're messing with my brother."
Ogarro later came out the back door and was taken into police custody until he was identified.
Police say Browne then came downstairs again with a loaded .38-caliber revolver and left the house through the same back door as Ogarro.
"He failed to comply with one of the officers' directions not to move and was shot once in the chest,” said Kelly.
Browne was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he died.
Investigators say 11 bags of marijuana and a scale were found in a closet of the house.
Police are still looking for the two men who allegedly tried to rob the half-brother.
