The Manhattan woman who says she was raped by a police officer will take the stand.
Kenneth Moreno, 41, and Franklin Mata, 27, are charged in connection with the alleged rape in the woman's East Village apartment in December 2008.
Prosecutors say Moreno raped her while Mata acted as a lookout.
Last week, jurors were shown a surveillance video in which Moreno and Mata are seen escorting the alleged victim into her apartment building.
Prosecutors contend the woman was too drunk to consent to sex.
The defense says she was inebriated but not incapacitated.
