He has more than 30 years of experience covering sports, which includes covering championships in all major sports, as well as the Kentucky Derby and the Olympics.

Tom spent several years at Fox 5 New York where he hosted the Sunday primetime broadcast "Sports Extra" and served as weekend sports anchor for the 10 O’Clock News program.

Before that, Tom worked at ABC Radio and Television as sports anchor for the network’s World News This Morning and a contributor to Good Morning America. He has also worked at WNEW-TV in New York and WMBD-TV in Peoria, Illinois.

Besides his knowledge of the New York sports scene, Tom brings a hands-on approach to covering sports while also going beyond mainstream events to look for stories that are the essence of New York City.
