A warning for apartment hunters in Queens: A man has been posing as a landlord, but police say he's nothing but a criminal looking to steal your money.

Investigators released a photo of the suspect, whom they say posted a flyer advertising apartments for rent between October and November of last year.

The suspect allegedly showed three different apartments in Corona and Elmhurst to six potential renters.

He then took their deposit money and disappeared.

The man allegedly ran off with nearly $10,000 from the victims.
