NY1 VIDEO: Flushing Meadows-Corona Park offers indoor skating seven days a week and an Olympic-sized pool and diving area.
The World Ice Arena at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park is an official National Hockey League-sized hockey rink that costs $5 a day during the week and $13 on weekends. Skate rentals cost extra.
Next door, the Flushing Meadows Corona Park Aquatic Center, which has been closed since Christmas but will reopen Wednesday, features an Olympic-sized swimming pool and diving area. Daily rates range from $5 to $10, and people age 18 and younger get in free.
