A former employee of the Administration for Children's Services is facing felony charges that she falsified agency records.

The city's Department of Investigation says Stephanie Sabouni fabricated reports in May and June of 2007 regarding children and families she never saw.

Sabouni worked for the agency as a child protective specialist.
Investigators began looking into the matter after they say several Brooklyn families told ACS they never met Sabouni, even though she had written about visits to their homes.

NY1 has reached out to the Administration for Children's services and Sabouni's lawyer for comment.
