Police have arrested a suspected serial groper they say has been slapping women on the buttocks in Brooklyn.
Frankie Hatton, 21, was charged yesterday with forcible touching and sexual abuse.
Investigators say at least a dozen women have reported being groped in the Crown Heights area since June 19th. The victims ranged in age from 19 to 44 years old.
Police say they arrested Hatton at the site of the most recent incident, on Tuesday night at Union and Albany Streets.
