A Brooklyn landlord says her building is not ready to be lived in, even though the city Department of Buildings says it no longer needs to be vacated.
The building located at 489 Myrtle Avenue in Clinton Hill was damaged when a neighboring building collapsed last month.
The building's landlord estimates it will be another month before residents can move back in because of ongoing construction and open ceilings.
The DOB also lifted its vacate order for 497 Myrtle Avenue.
The buildings were evacuated as a safety precaution after the collapse of 493 Myrtle Avenue.
Officials are still looking into why the building fell, but its owner was issued a violation for failing to maintain it.
Investigators say the building's outside wall had cracks.
