The president of the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation, Alan D. Aviles will inspect the cleanup work underway at Coney Island Hospital and tour some of the badly damaged areas of the facility, including the Emergency Room, following the hospital's evacuation and closure in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. Mr. Aviles will be joined by hospital executives, the medical director and the chief nurse who will discuss the restoration and recovery plan to get the hospital back to full operation.
