Story Title:
Report: Lights At Some Intersections With Red Light Cameras Change Too Fast

Story Summary:
According to an Analysis by Triple A and the New York Post, some intersections with red light cameras give drivers as little as 2.5 seconds to make it through a yellow light, even though federal guidelines mandate at least one second for every 10 miles per hour of the speed limit or three seconds at a typical 30 mile per hour city intersection.
