Talks are set to pick up Monday on the future of the Hudson Yards Project.
The MTA and developer Related Companies are negotiating past a Saturday deadline on a multi-billion dollar contract to overhaul the 26-acre belt of rail yards on Manhattan's West Side.
Related has proposed turning the area into more than 10 million square feet of mixed use development, including apartments and a public school.
